Mike Resnick is an award winning science fiction author, these are his good things.
Good things to read.
Catch-22, by Joseph Heller. The best American novel of the 20th Century.
The Last Temptation of Christ, by Nikos Kazantzakis. The most powerful novel I have ever read.
A Galaxy Called Rome, by Barry N. Malzberg. A brilliant science fiction novelette, which at a deeper and more cunning level is a devastating criticism of science fiction itself.
Good things to watch.
Lawrence of Arabia. Easily the greatest movie ever made.
Good things to use.
The Lincoln Town Car. Still the most comfortable and luxurious American car on the road.
The Northgate Omnikey Keyboard. Comes with the function keys on the left, where God meant them to be; and allows you to transpose Control and Caps Lock key for easier use.
The Color Nook. Better screen than the Kindle, very easy to adjust type size and brightness. Mine holds well over 2,000 books and is nowhere near to being full yet.
