Akaisha Kaderli – Retire Early Expert

Recognized retirement expert Akaisha Kaderli is one half of the team that defies conventional life descriptions and prefer active trailblazing instead. Financially independent at the age of 38, Akaisha and her husband Billy have been traveling the globe since 1991 and promoted medical tourism before the word was invented. They often find themselves on the cutting edge of societal trends and love sharing that expansive view in their books and on their website, RetireEarlyLifestyle, these are her good things.

Good things to read.

Our Website. Packed with useful information on world travel, financially independent living, medical tourism and just plain fun. You aren’t going to get this perspective anywhere else.

Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui by Karen Kingston . Seriously. This may sound Woo-woo to you, but if you want things to change for the better in your life, clean out your closets and your garage. Watch the magic happen!

A World Map. Become familiar with the names and locations of the countries of the world. Realize that humans live in most of these locations, and while we don’t all hold the same perspectives, we all want the same things; To love, to be loved, to have a happy life. Then set out and explore!

Good things to watch.

The level of fear you allow into your life. Fear will hold you back from fulfilling your dreams and from living the life you desire. The media, your doctor, sometimes your family or your best friend will tell you everything you need to be frightened about. If you listen to them instead of your own guidance, you’ll never get out of bed in the morning.

Nature. You will learn everything you need to know about life by watching plants, animals and the weather. You will come to realize that a dark winter of the soul is not the end, that an emotional storm passes and that no matter the challenge, life continues and there is renewal in the most unlikely of places. Take comfort in all of it.

Your personal energy levels. When things aren’t inspiring you and you feel out of sorts, you might need a nap, to exercise, to eat a meal or to take a break from routine. Life always looks more enticing when your body is fueled and rested.

Good things to use.

Your creativity. A problem is never solved from the same level at which it was created. One must “step out of the box” and view the situation from a different perspective.

The time you have here on earth. It’s later than you think! We don’t live forever, so why waste time on negative people or endeavors that don’t prove to be satisfying? There is great need worldwide and you probably have a skill that is in demand. Learning never stops, so read a book, discover your talents, take a trip! Make time for your loved ones. Leave this earth with no regrets.

Your senses. All of them. If something doesn’t smell good, don’t eat it. If your water glass looks dirty, it probably is. If something feels “off” about a deal, a place or a person, trust your gut. Your senses are the greatest guidance system ever invented.
